We’re Finalists at the 2021 UK Digital Growth Awards!

Swanky has been shortlisted in six categories at this year’s Digital Growth Awards! Read all about the websites and projects that have made the shortlist.

Here at Swanky, we are obsessed with driving growth for our clients. So, you can imagine our delight when we received the news that Swanky has been shortlisted in six categories at this year’s UK Digital Growth Awards! 

The awards recognise, reward and celebrate excellent websites, campaigns and agencies that have transformed businesses, revolutionised the customer experience and driven real, tangible results – everything that Swanky’s about. And after a year like no other, we couldn’t be more proud to be shortlisted.

Speaking of the shortlisting, Dan McIvor, Swanky’s Founder and Director, said:

🏆 B2B Website of the Year – Saddleback

Delighted with the success of the innovative B2B store we built for their European stockists, elite performance cycling brand Saddleback turned to Swanky to help create an equally impressive site for their UK distributors. 

Today’s B2B buyer wants all the independence and flexibility of D2C ecommerce when placing orders online. They expect relevance and convenience at every stage of the buying cycle, with effortless buyer-seller interactions at each touchpoint. And this is exactly what our Shopify Plus Experts provided with Saddleback’s brand new gated UK B2B store. 

The site represents a combination of Swanky’s extensive Shopify Plus development expertise and UX-led creativity. Not only does the store encapsulate Saddleback’s position in the upper echelons of the cycling market with its premium aesthetics, it provides a streamlined, intuitive buying experience for stockists thanks to a number of technical innovations.

Saddleback’s UK B2B store is a key tool within the brand’s business armoury, which they can use to build strong and profitable trade relationships, and accelerate their multi-channel growth.

🏆 B2C Website of the Year – Kent Brushes

We migrated Kent Brushes’ ecommerce website from Magento 1 to Shopify in the summer of 2020. Following launch, the brand joined our Growth Accelerator program for continued website development and strategic marketing services. 

The Swanky ‘pod’ working on this project have become an extension of Kent Brushes’ ecommerce team, maximising opportunities and driving growth from within. The result? A beautiful B2C website that brings the unique story of Kent Brushes to life whilst driving outstanding digital growth – growth that has helped the brand to thrive during a turbulent year for the retail industry.

 

🏆 PPC Campaign of the Year – The Recycled Candle Company Black Friday Google Ad

With their high-street store forced to close during last year’s November lockdown, as well as those of their wholesale customers, the founders of The Recycled Candle Company turned to Swanky to help them drive sales through their ecommerce site. They needed an expertly-implemented PPC strategy to quickly gain visibility, traffic and sales over the Black Friday weekend – on a relatively modest budget.

🏆 Best Use of Personalisation – YuMOVE Homepage

Swanky has been working with veterinary joint supplement brand YuMOVE for over a year now, implementing data-backed conversion rate optimisation and personalisation strategies to drive tangible results. 

Our place on this particular shortlist recognises our use of experience optimisation platform Dynamic Yield to test and implement personalised subscription messaging on the brand’s homepage. By offering a clear and intuitive user experience tailored to a customer’s precise needs, we were able to direct users to the most relevant products for their pet and ultimately improve the customer experience. At the same time, our solution helped build the client’s subscription base quickly and efficiently – win-win!

🏆 CRO Agency of the Year

Over the last 12 months, we’ve been joined by several experienced conversion rate optimisation (CRO) experts who are passionate about combining creativity and innovation with commercially-guided strategy and data-driven testing to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
