We recently leveraged the Klaviyo/Meta integration for one of our retained clients, as part of a campaign aimed at generating new leads and increasing brand awareness. Our client, a well-respected luxury adventure brand, launched a competition offering participants the chance to win a high-value product, complemented by a 15% discount incentive for sign-ups.

To maximise the campaign’s impact, we utilised Meta’s Lead Generation ad style on social media, strategically excluding engaged Instagram and Facebook audiences, website visitors, and existing Klaviyo subscribers.

Those who signed up then entered a dedicated Klaviyo list, triggering a tailored Welcome Flow that shared the discount code and details about the competition entry. These users then continued through the brand’s Welcome Series, receiving a comprehensive introduction to the brand.
