Tonnes of good foods are thrown away every week due to aesthetic imperfections, over-forecasted demand or inefficiency in storing and distributing – Rubies in the Rubble is a delicious response to the (very) big problem of food waste. Rubies in the Rubble is a Taste award winner with a big vision, and so they needed a store which reflected their beautiful new brand and product packaging. We partnered with a frequent design partner of Swanky, Kane O’Flaherty, to create a bold monochrome aesthetic which makes Rubies beautiful products pop on every page and communicates their vision with a clarity and fun rarely seen in stores of this scale.
