We will analyse your current website performance and seek to understand customer behaviour on your Salesforce Commerce Cloud store. Using insights from the discovery process, as well as a detailed understanding of your brand’s values and goals, our design team will craft compelling designs for all required page templates.

During this phase, we will consult on and implement any relevant third party platforms and apps. We have significant experience handling the intricacies of complex integrations with Shopify Plus.

We will export your product data and then configure it ready for importing into Shopify. This stage can be particularly complex due to nuances in how product data is set up in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Shopify, but we are well versed in navigating the complexities of data migrations.

We’ll build you a high-performance Shopify website, including any custom development outlined during discovery. This is where we’ll handle any subscription and payment gateway migrations, if relevant. Initial development work, and ongoing improvements, are typically significantly faster to deploy in a Shopify Plus ecosystem than on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform.

Your dedicated Project Manager at Swanky will lead on the export of your order and customer data. This will then be reworked into a Shopify-friendly format ready for importing into your new platform.
