Swanky built ePackageSupply a scalable foundation for growth by reducing manual processes, removing legacy apps and leveraging native Shopify Plus functionality to enhance the customer experience.
The new design enables full B2B self-service, allowing customers to place complex orders entirely through the website, including for personalised products, without the need for sales rep intervention.
This will free up the sales team to refocus on growth, moving away from manual order processing and empowering reps to concentrate on outbound sales, strategic relationships, and high-value accounts.
