These awards recognise excellence in ecommerce across multiple online retail sectors, celebrating website creativity and innovation. They were judged by a panel of industry experts who followed a rigorous scoring and evaluation process.

How did Swanky help daysoft®?
In 2022, we helped daysoft® migrate from a fully custom legacy ecommerce platform to Shopify Plus, crafting a freshly designed website that would accelerate their growth throughout the UK with a new subscription-first recurring revenue model.
The team at daysoft® wanted a new online store that would easily allow UK customers to easily purchase and repurchase contact lenses. On a practical level, this meant creating a frictionless on-site experience with a seamless and intuitive order flow and checkout sequence – to convert demand from new and existing customers.
As the go-to Shopify Plus agency for DTC subscription brands, and having worked with the likes of HelloFresh, Wilkinson Sword and Huel to develop subscription solutions leveraging Shopify and Recharge, we were well positioned to be able to deliver an outstanding subscription website for daysoft®.
This was a hugely transformative project that leveraged the expertise of team members from across our teams. It included:
- a complex migration to Shopify Plus, providing increased reliability, flexibility and automation;
- branding and UX design, delivering a significant aesthetic upgrade;
- development of bespoke subscription functionality, including a unique bundling solution to extend the native functionality of Shopify and Recharge through custom development;
- retention-focused email marketing consultancy and implementation;
- full-funnel PPC management;
- SEO and content marketing, designed to raise brand awareness and drive organic traffic to the new site; and
- data and analytics support, including implementation of GA4 and a Swanky Dashboard.

daysoft®’s digital transformation: 1 year on
Since launching the new daysoft® site in November 2022, we have continued to work with the team in a full-service capacity.
Our New Builds team recently migrated more of the brand’s international stores to Shopify Plus, whilst our Growth Accelerator team has been providing ongoing optimisation, data and marketing support.
This award-winning website has produced some exceptional results for daysoft®, accelerating product sales, revenue and overall digital growth.
