How Swanky supported MyClothing

Multi-channel marketing support to boost traffic and revenue

MyClothing was seeking digital marketing support over its peak period. Our work included optimising UX/UI for conversions and building trust with a seamless customer journey.

Intertwined with with, our Growth Accelerator team leveraged its email and paid marketing expertise to craft a multi-channel marketing strategy that would nurture customers towards a purchase – and retain them post-purchase.

To achieve this we restructured Google Ads campaigns, optimised Meta ads and enhanced email marketing flows. The results included:

  • 33% increase in website sessions;
  • 9% increase in YoY revenue;
  • 18% decrease in cost per acquisition (CPA); and
  • a record 27.3x Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
