In 2021, Loop Earplugs joined Swanky’s Growth Accelerator Program, kicking off with a conversion rate optimisation (CRO) project leveraging on-site A/B testing. Swanky’s digital strategists identified several areas of improvement that could be quickly and effectively tested, to help Loop achieve their growth goals.
After designing a prioritised roadmap for optimisations, our team designed and tested key improvements to the user journey, and rigorously analysed the results to confirm the best approach for continued optimisation.
